I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to both the Flatiron District and Penn Station. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant. The staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean (which is always a plus).

The walls are thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

i liked that it was close to many great places. lots of bars, restaurants, and shops surround it. the bed felt comfortable too. we slept great every night.

the room really didn't feel super clean. i found some hairs in the sheets so that was disappointing.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I was pleased to find daily housekeeping service. The hotel is located close to subway stations. I could leave my luggage at the front desk after checkout. This allowed me to enjoy the day without dragging it around.

The room lacked a refrigerator, this was somewhat inconvenient.

the location worked well for my plans. it was close to the subway. i easily connected to jfk. the value was decent regarding the manhattan location. early check in happened which was great. they brought a fridge. i also got late check out. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the lobby felt more like a rundown hostel. it did not match the images online.
